We are looking to hire aresults-drivenorder processor tojoin ourdynamicteam. The ideal candidate should be an experienced industry professional, with a proven background in a similar field. A successful candidate combines a passion for the audio-video industry and can show perseverance to get the job done.

Responsibilities:

Effectively perform the job tasks to meet the KPIs:
Order management 30%,Problem Solving15%,Customer relationship15%, Organizational skills 10%,Communication skills10%,Product knowledge10%,Career development/work ethics 10%.

Respond to customer/reseller requests for information related to the company and products, pricing, and necessary supporting documents required.

Liaise with sales team to create/update/maintain forecast opportunities in ERP system.

Work with sales team as customer support, prepare quotations in their absence.

Maintain working knowledge of products,order fulfillmentpolicies, and procedures.

Maintain utmost confidentiality and adhere to the Office Code of Conduct.

Perform related other duties/assignments as instructed.

If necessary, follow up with the Sales team or customer/reseller for pendingorder fulfillment.

Perform data entry of sales orders, review, and process sales orders with accuracy.

Check the stocks, coordinate with different departments to ensure that orders are completed in a timely manner.

Arrange the supporting/shipping documents required for export customers.

Coordinate with Couriers/Forwarder regarding shipment collection.

Coordinate with the Logistics Department regarding delivery schedules and dispatching of shipments.

Coordinate with Accounts before the cut-off of invoice, as per the company’s prescribed cut-off time.

Attend phone calls, receive inbound inquiries, and confirm the accuracy of pricing, products, and approvals.

Education, Experience, and Key Competencies:

Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.

Minimum of five years of experience in the same field.

Excellent selling,communication, and negotiation skills.

Time management and organizational skills.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Good verbal and writtencommunication.

Excellent team player, able to build good interdepartmental relations.
