Job Description
Expert in Oracle SCM Modules core modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management) and advanced modules (iSupplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Service Procurement) and contract Module.
Technical Expert in SQL, PLSQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and APIs.
Hands-on experiencein data conversion, migration, report generation, and developing interfaces across various Oracle Applications modules; integration expertise using APIs and web services.
Been part of project life cycles, preferable from scoping and planning through to post go-live support.
Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle supply chain modules to meet business needs.
Extensively worked on various business flows such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle and Fixed Asset to GL.
Engage with business stakeholders to elicit business requirements and map to out-of-the-box capabilities in business application software. Perform gap analysis and identify gaps and where customizations may be required.
Collaborating with business users to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.
Transforming business process decomposition and requirements into logical and technical models, mapping processes to application requirements.
Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process andtechnical challenges.
OAF expert (Preferred).
Good analytic skills with Microsoft Power BI (Preferred).
Knowledge of Oracle HCM Modules technical and functional.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3-5 years ofhands-on experiencein Oracle SCM modules, with proven expertise in functional and technical aspects.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field;advanced degreesare a plus.
Oracle SCM certification is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment toprofessional developmentand industry standards.
Experience in a manufacturing orretail environment, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and solutions.
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for database management, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
Stronganalytical skillswith aproblem-solvingmindset to address complex SCM challenges and optimize processes.
Excellentcommunication skillsto convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitatecollaboration.
Ability to work independently and in ateam-orientedenvironment, showcasingflexibilityandadaptabilityto changing priorities.
Experience inproject managementmethodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, to drive successful SCM implementations.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage for global projects.
