Oracle HCM techno Functional Consultant – Payroll, Core HR, Absence & OTL

Experience: 5+ years (including 3+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll (mandatory) and hands-on experience in at least two of the following modules — Core HR, Absence Management, and OTL (Time and Labor). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Cloud HCM support and implementation, with the ability to provide functional expertise while understanding related technical components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and OTL.
  • Handle incident management, service requests, and configuration changes in the production environment.
  • Lead and support enhancements and minor projects, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal business disruption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional design documents.
  • Support data migration and integration activities, including managing bulk uploads, spreadsheets, and HDL.
  • Work closely with the technical team to troubleshoot issues involving Fast Formulas, Reports, and Interfaces.
  • Perform system testing, validation, and end-user training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and Oracle Cloud best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years in Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
  • Strong functional expertise in Payroll (mandatory) and at least two other modules from Core HR, Absence, and OTL.
  • In-depth understanding of Payroll setup, processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Good knowledge of Fast Formulas, HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Must have experience for Saudi or UAE Market

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in reporting tools such as BI Publisher or OTBI.
  • Exposure to integration frameworks and REST/SOAP APIs in Oracle Cloud.
  • Prior experience in global or multi-country HCM environments.
