Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is a leading IT outsourcing company that provides innovative and cutting-edge solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist to join our client team on a full-time basis.
As an Oracle HCM Fusion Specialist, you will Lead and design technical and functional solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM, drive pre-sales activities, and deliver best-in-class HR digital transformation strategies tailored to client requirements.
1. Technical Skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM Expertise: Deep domain knowledge across core and advanced HCM modules, including:
- Global Human Resources (Core HR)
- Payroll
- Talent Management & Recruiting (ORC)
- Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Benefits
- Integration & Reporting: Hands-on experience with Oracle tools:
- Integrations: OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), HDL (HCM Data Loader), and PBL.
- Reporting: OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
- Cloud & Security:
- Strong knowledge of security architecture, custom role mapping, data privacy, and compliance standards.
3. Experience
- Total Experience: 2–5+ years in ERP/HRIS Enterprise Applications.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Experience: 2+ years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Track Record: Proven record of leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
4. Soft Skills
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills tailored to HR operations.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
