Key Responsibilities
1. Environment Management:
– Coordinate environment provisioning with Oracle
– Manage Dev, Test, UAT, and Production instances
– Handle environment cloning and refreshes
– Manage maintenance cycles
2. Security & User Administration:
– Manage users in Oracle IAM/IDCS
– Configure roles and access control
– Support SSO integration
3. Application Configuration:
– Use FSM to enable modules
– Support setup activities
– Manage sandboxes
4. Data Management:
– Load data using FBDI, HDL
– Troubleshoot data issues
5. Monitoring & Support:
– Monitor ESS jobs
– Handle incidents and raise Oracle SRs
6. Release Management:
– Support quarterly updates
– Coordinate testing cycles
7. Integration Support:
– Assist integration setup
– Monitor file transfers and APIs
8. Governance:
– Maintain documentation
– Ensure compliance
Required Skills:
– Oracle Fusion knowledge
– FSM, Security console
– Data loading tools
– Basic API understanding
Preferred Skills:
– OIC knowledge
– OCI basics
Success Metrics:
– Timely environment readiness
– Smooth updates and support
