Must-Have:
5+ years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
Experienced in maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules/solutions
Experienced in providing configuration updates for Oracle applications
Delivered at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Fusion HCM
Well-versed in documentation, reports, and user training
Nice to Have:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
Any relevant certifications
