A leading real estate investment company is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions to align with business objectives and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements related to HR and payroll processes.
Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules based on organizational needs.
Provide functional support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM system issues.
Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migration.
Deliver user training and provide post-go-live support.
Support quarterly system updates, patches, and continuous enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
8–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including:
Core HR
Payroll
Absence Management
Talent Management
Recruitment
Performance Management
Learning Management
Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle EBS HCM.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and integrations is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
