Job Description

Role Purpose:

Support the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP Finance & SCM by actively engaging with the internal project team members. The trainee will assist in documenting business processes, tracking project deliverables, supporting testing activities, and coordinating implementation tasks to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP.

Key Accountabilities:

1-Support Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation:

Assist in Finance & SCM implementation activities across modules.

2-Process Documentation:

Document As-Is and To-Be business processes for Finance & SCM.

3-Workshop Coordination

Support workshops with business and implementation partner.

4-Equirements Documentation:

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements with the alignment with the PMO team.

5-Project Tracking Support:

Maintain action tracker and follow up on pending items.

6-Training Documentation:

Prepare user guides and training materials.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
