Chateau Nighthawk is seeking a highly skilled and solution-oriented Oracle Financials Specialist to join our finance and systems team in Doha. This role is key to ensuring the stability, accuracy, and optimization of Oracle Financials applications, supporting efficient financial operations and high-quality reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong finance knowledge with hands-on Oracle expertise and a passion for system-driven improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions within Oracle systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities through system workflows
- Analyze financial processes and recommend system-based improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle Financials issues in coordination with IT and vendors
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data extracts
- Ensure data integrity, internal controls, and compliance within Oracle systems
- Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities
- Provide training and support to finance users on Oracle Financials tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Oracle Financials in a functional or support role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with Oracle modules such as GL, AP, AR, and FA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Oracle implementation, upgrades, or migration projects
- Knowledge of Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher)
- Background in hospitality, luxury services, or multi-entity environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
