Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of functional HRMS expertise and technical development capabilities, with proven experience in Oracle EBS implementations, rollouts, and support projects. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for effective collaboration with business stakeholders
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle EBS HRMS implementations, rollouts, and production support engagements
- Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document HR functional requirements
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and propose scalable solutions aligned with Oracle best practices
- Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including:
- Core HR
- Self-Service HR (SSHR)
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Learning Management
- Recruitment & Succession Planning
- Design and develop technical solutions and customizations, including:
- PL/SQL development
- Oracle Workflow customization
- Forms and personalization
- BI Publisher reports
- Interfaces and integrations
- Configure HRMS system components such as:
- Descriptive & Key Flexfields (DFF/KFF)
- Value Sets and Special Information Types (SIT)
- Security profiles, users, responsibilities, and menus
- Request sets and concurrent programs
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including:
- Solution Design Documents
- Functional & Technical Specifications
- Setup & Configuration Documents
- SIT & UAT Test Scripts
- Training materials and user guides
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within integrated project environments
- Ensure quality delivery within project timelines and scope
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (Techno-Functional role)
- Strong hands-on experience in both functional modules and technical development
- Proven experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
- Solid understanding of HR processes and Oracle HRMS configurations
- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, and interfaces
- Experience in requirement gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in KSA/GCC payroll and HR compliance requirements
- Oracle certifications in HRMS or technical modules (preferred)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise or government projects
