Job Overview:

As a Data Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data used by our clients. You will work closely with our data management team to identify and resolve any data quality issues, and implement processes to maintain high-quality data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored data cleansing procedures for the organization.
  • Define criteria for identifying and categorizing data errors and duplicates.
  • Establish and document protocols for data validation, correction, and enrichment.
  • Conduct data cleansing activities per defined procedures and verify accuracy.
  • Record all steps and methodologies for transparency and future reference.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate data corrections and address issues.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and perform regular audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Establish feedback mechanisms for stakeholders to report data quality issues.
  • Oversee data quality during migration to Oracle Fusion and manage associated risks.
  • Address identified errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates in a systematic manner.
  • Document all data cleansing activities, including changes made and rationale behind decisions.
  • Create documentation outlining data cleansing protocols, procedures, and guidelines for future reference.
  • Perform regular audits and checks to monitor data quality and identify any new issues.

    • Qualifications:

    • Education:

      Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., data management, information systems, business administration, computer science).

    • Experience :
    • Previous experience with IT Consulting preferrable related Oracle ERP or any other large ERP Application.
    • Proven experience in data quality management, data cleansing, or a related role.
    • Strong knowledge of data cleansing techniques and best practices.
    • Proficiency with data quality management tools and software used for cleansing etc.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Functional domain experience in one or more Oracle modules HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Projects.
    • Technical Knowledge:
      Knowledge around Data Model, Data Migration, Data Quality within Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion.
    • In-depth knowledge of data quality methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    • Strong understanding of data quality standards and the ability to implement and enforce them.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
    • Experience in coordinating with technical teams for design and development activities.
    • Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into practical data migration solutions.
    • Prior experience in managing risks and ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process.
    • Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion would be a plus.
    • Strong understanding of data systems, databases, and data governance.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
