Operator, Material Handling Jobs in الدمام at AL ITTEFAQ STEEL PRODUCTS CO.
- Prepare stock reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Monitor DRI truck offloading and temperature checks.
- Supervise belt conveyor operations during material charging.
- Maintain shift records of received DRI and flux materials and coordinate daily sampling with QC.
- Handle material receiving from stores and maintain proper documentation.
- Supply fluxes, ferro alloys, and other required materials as per operational instructions.
- Verify correct material during charging and ensure timely availability at designated locations (EAF & LRF).
- Inspect equipment before operation and report any faults or abnormalities.
- Follow all company safety rules, HS&E policies, and site SOPs.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged PPE, accidents, and near-miss incidents.
- Participate in safety trainings and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
- Maintain housekeeping in material handling areas.
- Support emergency situations and assist other teams when required.
- Handle charging of carbon injection material into storage silos
