Operations – Transactions Associate Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Monitoring /processing of Trade Finance transactions to ensure it is completed.
To adhere to all established work and escalation processes.
To escalate all exceptional processes and maintain their audit trials for record purposes Prepare weekly and monthly metrics
Strict adherence to all relevant Process and Procedures.
To investigate, analyze and resolve complex customer enquiries/requirements to provide required solutions in the operating environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5 plus years of Trade Finance experience/ Banking Operations with up-to-date knowledge of current market practice.
University Degree.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills – in is essential
An understanding of Trade Finance documentation and the Trade Finance Operations business.
Knowledge of the International Chamber of Commerce Rules and Regulations governing trade finance products: ISP 98 / URDG / UCP
600 and local regulations of SAMA.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance, and regulatory policies
Professional telephone manner, communication, and interpersonal skills
Arabic language
