A prestigious local government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-potential UAE National to join its Digital Platforms Operations division. This entity plays a key role in driving
digital transformation
and ensuring smooth operational support for critical digital platforms
Monitor and support the performance of digital platforms and IT systems
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Assist in system analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Work with
cross-functional teams
to ensure smooth digital operations
Document technical processes and support procedures for future reference
Stay up to date with IT best practices and emerging technologies
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
A keen interest in digital platforms and IT operations
ITIL certification (preferred but not required)
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
