Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor with a strong technical background in diesel generators and commercial awareness. This role bridges technical operations, fleet management, and customer coordination, ensuring smooth execution of generator rental projects across the UAE.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional who also understands sales support, client interaction, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of diesel generator rental projects
- Coordinate generator deployment, installation, commissioning, and demobilization
- Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales and project execution
- Inspect generators before and after rental to ensure quality and reliability
- Manage technicians.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Support pricing, technical proposals, and solution recommendations
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of diesel generators (prime & standby)
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in generator rental or power solutions
- Ability to combine technical expertise with sales & customer-facing skills
- Experience supervising teams and field operations
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
