Position: Operations Supervisor, AMZL Logistics – DS Variable
DESCRIPTION

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee shift management in our fulfillment centers or delivery stations. You will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering customer orders on time.
Key job responsibilities
Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities.
Manage and train Associates to deliver excellent service.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled according to quality and safety standards.
Provide shift-related information to management and operators.
Adjust labor allocation to meet plans and forecasts.
Collaborate with support functions to address operational issues.
Analyze data and innovate to solve logistics challenges.
The Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates strong communication, ownership, and leadership skills.
Can analyze data, motivate teams, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Willing to work weekends, nights, and overtime as needed.
Flexible with work hours and shifts.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for long shifts, and perform physical tasks.
Work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of Amazon Floor Monitoring experience.
