Sky High HR Solutions is inviting applications for the position of Operations Supervisor to support manpower operations across multiple project sites in the UAE.

The role involves complete control of manpower operations, ensuring deployment, attendance, discipline, and coordination across sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure 100% manpower deployment as per client requirements
• Maintain control over attendance, timesheets, and reporting
• Coordinate with clients for daily requirements and feedback
• Monitor worker discipline, performance, and site behavior
• Verify and submit accurate timesheets within deadlines
• Coordinate with HR, Transport, and Camp teams
• Maintain records of leave, absenteeism, transfers, and terminations
• Manage workforce stability, including resignations and contract compliance
• Coordinate with third-party manpower suppliers
Requirements
• Experience in manpower supply or outsourcing operations in UAE
• Ability to manage multiple sites and workforce of 500+
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge with Excel skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience
