Required Qualifications:
- Nationality: Saudi nationality (essential requirement).
- Language: Proficiency in English speaking and writing (essential for communication and reporting).
- Experience: Proven work experience in managing teams and task distribution.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent experience in dealing and negotiating with suppliers to secure the best materials and highest quality.
- Leadership Skills: High ability to direct, follow up, and motivate employees.
- Work Background: Preference for those with a background or previous experience in the food and beverage (F&B) sector or health food companies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct daily supervision of operational processes and ensuring their smoothness.
- Managing and directing the work team, scheduling tasks, and evaluating performance.
- Continuous communication with suppliers, price negotiation, and efficient inventory management.
- Monitoring the application of food quality and safety standards at all stages.
- Preparing and submitting periodic reports in both Arabic and English to senior management.
