About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Operations Supervisor to lead execution across departments and ensure that company plans are translated into clear actions and measurable results.
This role is focused on execution, discipline, and accountability — not supervision only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Ensure all processes are followed and completed on time
- Monitor execution and eliminate delays and operational gaps
- Run and manage weekly operations meetings
- Track decisions, assign responsibilities, and ensure execution
- Identify and eliminate repeated operational errors
- Align departments and ensure smooth workflow between teams
- Monitor performance based on clear KPIs and targets
- Implement and enforce ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Ensure all departments operate within structured processes
- Reduce operational inefficiencies and unnecessary costs
- Solve daily operational issues before escalation to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Experience managing multiple departments (Sales / Warehouse / Purchasing preferred)
- Strong personality with the ability to enforce discipline and accountability
- Proven ability to execute and follow through
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational complexity
