We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee retail/supermarket branch operations across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular visits to assigned branches across the UAE
- Coordinate and support Branch Managers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and operational standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and hygiene regulations
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements
- Report directly to the Area Manager / Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail or supermarket operations
- Strong knowledge of multi-branch coordination and store operations
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across UAE branches regularly
