The Operations Specialist supports daily operational execution by handling dispatch coordination, service tracking, issue logging, and team communication. This hands-on role is suited for someone who thrives on real-time task handling, fast decision-making, and continuous learning. You will work closely with dispatchers, customer support, and field teams to ensure smooth service flow and accurate reporting.
Monitor live service operations and assist with follow-ups and field coordination
Log service statuses, update trackers, and flag delays or incomplete tasks
Support the dispatch team with real-time task updates and communication
Handle internal follow-ups with fleet or customer support on service status
Assist in preparing shift handovers, daily summaries, and basic reports
Escalate operational challenges to the Sr. Ops Specialist or Team Lead when needed
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service
Fluent in Arabic; basic English preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Tech-savvy with basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge
Good communication and a team-first mindset
