We are a UAE-based furniture and interiors company looking for a driven and well-connected Operations & Sourcing Coordinator based in Saudi Arabia to identify and onboard new manufacturing partners and manage the relationship with them throughout production. If you know the local market, have strong connections, and are good at getting things done, this role is for you.
This position offers a basic salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and approach suitable manufacturing partners that meet our production requirements and quality standards.
– Evaluate and onboard new manufacturers, ensuring they can deliver to the required specifications and timelines.
– Serve as the main point of contact with manufacturers after work is assigned, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
– Follow up on production progress and ensure all orders are delivered within the required timeframes.
– Escalate and resolve any delays or issues that may impact delivery deadlines.
– Coordinate material, fabric, and specification details between the company and manufacturers.
– Maintain strong, long-term relationships with manufacturing partners to ensure reliability and consistent quality.
– Report on production status, delivery performance, manufacturer performance, and any risks to management.
Qualifications
– Experience in operations, sourcing, supply chain, or manufacturing coordination.
– Good knowledge of the local manufacturing market and existing supplier network is a strong advantage.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Organised and proactive — able to manage multiple manufacturers and orders at the same time.
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using project management or ERP tools.
Requirements
– Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within furniture, interiors, or manufacturing.
– Based in Saudi Arabia.
– Arabic is required; English is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼3,500.00 – ﷼4,500.00 per month
