Job Description:
? Process and release new business setup, license amendments, and immigration-related applications.
? Handle establishment/immigration cards, entry visas, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, status changes and E-Channel transactions.
? Maintain accurate client records and databases within established SLA timelines.
? Support continuous process improvement by updating SOPs/process manuals and coordinating with other departments
