Job Title: Operations & Productiion Manager
Role Purpose:
To lead and direct all daily activities of the facility/factory, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, at minimum cost, and within the set deadlines.
1. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop annual and monthly production plans aligned with company goals and sales targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee workflows across all departments (Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless integration.
- Productivity Optimization: Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) to reduce waste.
- Budget Management: Monitor operational costs, work on reducing expenses without compromising quality, and manage the procurement budget for materials and equipment.
- Quality & Safety Control: Ensure compliance with international quality standards (ISO) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations.
- Human Resources Management: Lead department heads and staff, evaluate performance, and identify training needs to enhance team efficiency.
Reporting: Provide periodic reports to senior management regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), production volume, and costs
