Position: Operations Officer
Location: Mansoura, Egypt

Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 1–2 years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations.
: Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on daily logistics and shipping operations.
- Coordinate with customers, carriers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and review shipping documents.
- Track shipments and update customers on shipment status.
- Coordinate with customs clearance and transportation teams.
- Ensure timely execution of operational processes.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
