The Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and effective facility management in the restaurant and kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance withhealth and safety standards, and maintain inventory levels.

Facility Management:
Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities. Ensure the safety and functionality of equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Staff Management:
Manage staff, handle scheduling, and conduct performance reviews.

Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.

Formulate strategic and operational objectives.

Financial Management:
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and expense management.

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate on operational goals and performance improvements.

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

3-5 years in restaurant operations or hospitality management (preferably in Qatar or GCC).

Skills:
Strongleadership, financial management, facility management, and knowledge of health & safety regulations.

Languages:

Fluent in English.

Education:

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
