Requirements & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
– Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
– Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
– Male / Saudi nationality only.
– Deep understanding of the Real Estate market in KSA.
– Solid experience in dealing with related governmental authorities.
– Strong knowledge of KSA’s governmental online platforms, regulations, and processes.
– Strong customer service skills.
– Strong management, organizational, and reporting skills.
– Strong local network and business relationships.
– Good understanding of facility management functions.
– Negotiation skills and representative character.
