Responsibilities

Operational Efficiency:

Supervise and optimize operational processes for maximum efficiency.
Conduct research to identify opportunities for improving operations and cost reduction.
Regularly monitor and report on departmental performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Proactively plan and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and attendance goals, while staying within operating budgets.
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting for various business functions to align operational activities with organizational objectives.

Customer Experience

Ensure strict adherence to safety rules and regulations to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
Manage and oversee the hosting and coordination of groups for events such as birthday parties, school trips, private bookings and others.
Promptly respond to and effectively resolve concerns and complaints from customers and team members to maintain customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to elevate customer experiences and create memorable visits for all guests.

Team Management, Training and Development:

Lead a diverse team consisting of guest service associates, receptionist/café, maintenance, and housekeeping.
Develop and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Handle leave requests and ensure smooth operations during absences.
Provide training and development opportunities for operations team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Assist in developing and facilitating department training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Develop and prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of operations.
Facility Maintenance and Safety:
Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and free from hazards.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold compliance with policies and procedures.
Coordinate maintenance activities and address any issues promptly to ensure optimal facility conditions.
Personal and Professional Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills for efficient management of operations.
Energetic, approachable, and flexible demeanor to adapt to various situations and engage with others positively.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in Entertainment & Leisure industry.
Highly fluent in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
