Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on operational objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Requirements:
Turkish national, residing in Istanbul.
Fluency in Polish is mandatory.
8-10 years of experience in customer service and operations.
Proven track record of managing teams and delivering operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
