Job Title: Operations Manager – Freight Forwarding
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding and logistics business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sea freight, air freight, land transportation, customs clearance, and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all freight forwarding operations, including Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transportation.
- Ensure smooth coordination with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs authorities, and overseas agents.
- Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery of cargo.
- Supervise customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support business growth and customer retention.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements where required.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to freight forwarding procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and freight forwarding procedures.
- Experience handling Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Customs Clearance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and freight forwarding/logistics software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and warehousing operations.
- Professional certifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼12,000.00 – ﷼20,000.00 per month
