Operations Manager – Dietary Supplements Jobs in Dubai at K.S. Healthcare Services, LLC
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the end-to-end execution of the supplements business launch, ensuring all workstreams remain aligned and on schedule.
Coordinate market research initiatives, consumer insights, physician feedback, and competitive analysis to support product development and commercialization.
Support commercial decision-making through pricing analysis, budget tracking, business case development, and unit economics assessments.
Serve as the central point of coordination across contract manufacturers, R&D teams, physicians, regulatory authorities, logistics partners, and internal leadership.
Manage project plans, monitor milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of launch objectives.
Prepare executive updates, status reports, and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, commercial strategy, or similar functions.
Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent analytical capabilities with advanced Excel and reporting skills.
Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in English.
Experience:
- Pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals or Consumer healthcare: 6 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (Required)
