Business Setup Operations Manager – Dubai
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the process of company formation and business licensing in Dubai and the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, compliance with UAE regulations, and a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Process Management:
Oversee and manage the entire business setup process, including trade license issuance, visa processing, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure all client applications are handled efficiently and within stipulated timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws, free zone regulations, and mainland company formation procedures.
Develop and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, PROs) to ensure smooth end-to-end business setup services.
Regulatory Compliance & Liaison:
Liaise with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, DMCC, JAFZA, Dubai Economy, and other free zones.
Ensure adherence to UAE laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines for business setup and operations.
Address regulatory challenges and assist clients in resolving any business licensing issues.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Provide consultation on business formation options, licensing requirements, and operational structuring.
Resolve client concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction and service quality.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, train, and mentor the operations team, including PROs and coordinators.
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Foster a culture of efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Financial & Risk Management:
Manage operational budgets and cost efficiency for business setup processes.
Identify and mitigate risks related to company formation, compliance, and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE business setup and operations management.
In-depth knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation processes.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and licensing regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in team management and process improvement.
Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
