Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operational activities, including supply chain, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and after-sales service. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, maintain high service standards, and drive continuous process improvements while working closely with cross-functional teams. Experience with SAP ERP and strong operational leadership are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across supply chain, procurement, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and after-sales service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless business operations.
- Lead and manage the after-sales service function, ensuring excellent customer support and timely issue resolution.
- Analyze operational KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and automation.
- Utilize SAP ERP to manage procurement, inventory, warehouse, and operational reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Operations Manager or similar role within a trading, distribution, or commercial business.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP is highly preferred.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to leverage technology to improve operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI monitoring and operational reporting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Saudi Nationals are highly preferred. Lebanese candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-site operations or regional distribution networks.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.
Pay: ﷼25,000.00 per month
