Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the beauty products industry to lead and optimize our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent market connections, the ability to drive business growth, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, inventory, distribution, and retail/wholesale channels
- Leverage strong industry network to expand market reach and build strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business targets and growth
- Recruit, train, and manage an efficient operations and sales support team
- Ensure smooth coordination between procurement, sales, and logistics
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and operational efficiency
- Identify new opportunities in the beauty and personal care market
- Maintain high standards of product handling, storage, and distribution
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in operations, preferably in beauty products, cosmetics, or personal care industry
- Strong network with distributors, retailers, and suppliers in the beauty market
- Proven track record of delivering results and achieving growth targets
- Experience in hiring, leading, and scaling teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience working with beauty brands, salons, or FMCG distribution
- Knowledge of market trends in cosmetics and personal care
