Job Description:
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our delivery services in the UAE.
Your role
will involve managing a team of professionals, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet customer demands effectively.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the delivery network, including inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of the delivery network.
Lead and manage a team of supervisors, coordinators, and frontline staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
, including logistics, customer service, and technology, to streamline processes and improve operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies across all operational activities.
Drive
continuous improvement

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or delivery industry.
Strong
leadership
and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve performance targets.
Excellent analytical and
problem-solving
abilities, with a focus on
data-driven decision-making

Effective communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization.
Proficiency in using technology and software applications for operations management and reporting.
Familiarity with UAE logistics and transportation regulations and industry best practices.
