Location: Ajman, UAE
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to oversee multiple technical workshops (Carpentry – Metalwork – Electrical – Lighting – Upholstery – Painting – Curtains – Flowers) within a company of over 100 employees, specializing in wedding and event decoration and production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the work of all technical departments.
- Prepare clear execution plans and monitor project progress.
- Distribute tasks among supervisors and technicians while ensuring quality control.
- Solve operational delays and issues quickly.
- Submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
