We are fast-growing and diversified transportation and equipment rental company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We specialize in the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly rental of transport vehicles and construction equipment, serving the Oil & Gas, construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Operations Manager with a proven track record in the UAE Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate must have established business connections within Abu Dhabi, including experience working in CICPA operational areas, and be capable of generating new business while managing key client relationships.
This is a monthly target-driven position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing competitive pricing strategies, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.
- Promote the company’s transport and heavy equipment rental services to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major industrial clients.
- Develop pricing strategies and prepare competitive quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors.
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value rental agreements.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas, transport, heavy equipment rental, or construction services.
- Mandatory experience in Abu Dhabi with exposure to CICPA operational areas.
- Strong knowledge of transport logistics and heavy equipment rental services.
- Existing network of contacts within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas service companies is highly preferred.
- Experience in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and tender submissions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
