About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Food & Beverage business. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in fine dining, franchise operations, and the F&B industry, with proven experience in driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant outlets.
- Ensure all branches maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, operational costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise standards, food safety, and health regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and operational teams.
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments to support business operations.
- Manage budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement continuous improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in F&B operations, with managerial experience.
- Experience in fine dining, franchise operations, and the F&B industry is a must.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple restaurant outlets and achieve operational targets.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, budgeting, and cost control.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be locally available in Qatar.
- Can join immediately.
Pay: QAR123.00 – QAR456.00 per month
