- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets
- Ensure optimal utilization of labor, machinery and materials
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and monthly financial reviews
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives across labor, materials, energy, maintenance and overhead
- Partner with Finance and Sales teams to improve profitability and cash flow
- Provide financial input for new product introductions and capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO, internal SOPs, customer standards)
- Support internal and external audits, including financial and operational audits
- Promote accountability, continuous improvement and cost-awareness culture
