Operations Manager. Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of company stores and meet the company’s customer service quality standards under the supervision of the Operations Executive Director.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Profit Management:
Work with Operations Consultants to develop each store’s annual budget and sales targets that align with company goals. Analyze and evaluate weekly and monthly P/L statements to determine alternative courses of action, translating company financial goals into individual restaurant plans. - Monitor and maintain all cost control centres for all restaurants.
- Restaurant Operations Management:
Work side by side with the Operation Consultant to ensure an efficient number of laborers in each store, operating at full capacity. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and facilities through a preventative maintenance program and regular visits to the stores. - Ensure compliance with local health and safety codes and company safety and security policies.
- Deliver high‑quality food and guest experiences that exceed expectations.
- Plan, identify, communicate and delegate key responsibilities and practices to the store management team for smooth flow of operations.
- Generate regular operational reports to maintain control of all operations areas.
- People Management:
Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of the Operations Department. - Plan, manage and review individual performance, provide regular feedback, develop opportunities and coach, taking prompt action where necessary.
- Ensure the Operations Department complies with company policies, processes, systems and maintains a high standard of work ethic.
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for Operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- 15 years of related experience in restaurant operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
