We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Operations Manager to oversee three of our outlets in the UAE, including Wandr—our vibrant, lifestyle-inspired dining concept.

Role Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, driving commercial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of guest experience across three outlets. The ideal candidate will bring proven multi-site F&B operations experience, strong leadership, and an obsession with quality and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Focus

Maintain and elevate guest experience through consistent service standards across all outlets

Proactively resolve customer issues and oversee complaint management

Implement customer feedback systems and translate insights into action

Process & Operations

Lead daily operations across Wandr and two other Eatopia outlets

Monitor SOP compliance, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations

Optimize outlet layouts, flows, and workflows for peak performance

Ensure seamless coordination with kitchen and service teams

Finance & Profitability

Control operational costs, wastage, and overheads

Ensure daily P&L management, target tracking, and forecasting accuracy

Lead initiatives to improve sales and profitability per outlet

People & Team Leadership

Manage outlet-level leadership teams including restaurant managers and supervisors

Drive staff engagement, performance, and training in alignment with Eatopia values

Collaborate with HR on manpower planning, recruitment, and appraisals

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in multi-outlet F&B operations, preferably in the UAE or GCC.

Proven ability to manage diverse teams across locations

Strong understanding of UAE market trends, compliance, and customer preferences

Financial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills

High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep passion for hospitality
