- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and service delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with performance management, process improvement, and KPI tracking
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business management systems
