Job Purpose
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the day-to-day operations of the network. This includes managing internal systems, onboarding, ensuring compliance support, optimizing workflows, and maintaining excellent communication between departments. You will play a key role in ensuring the network runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and refine operational processes, systems and tools.
Manage onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and documentation standards are met.
Collaborate with the compliance and technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Coordinate with administration, compliance and technology departments.
Create and manage KPIs to track efficiency and performance across the network.
Assist in the preparation and review of internal and external communications.
Communicate and maintain existing relationships with Providers and suppliers.
Ensure policies and procedures are documented and up to date.
Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Required:
Proven experience in operations/administration, ideally within a network, financial services, or tech-driven company.
Strong understanding of compliance processes and regulatory environments in financial services.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, automation tools, and communication platforms.
Desirable:
Experience managing automated systems.
Knowledge of adviser networks or financial planning practices.
Familiarity with billing and subscription-based models.
