Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager to manage manpower operations, supervise field teams, and ensure smooth client service delivery across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must be able to join immediately and handle fast-paced operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full manpower operations and workforce deployment
- Supervise site supervisors and operational teams
- Coordinate with clients for daily operational requirements
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workforce performance
- Handle mobilization and demobilization of staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company procedures
- Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently
- Prepare operational reports for management
- Support recruitment and onboarding when required
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations management (manpower/security sector preferred)
- Must be available to join immediately
- Cancelled visa or visit visa candidates preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of UAE labor law is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple sites under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
