The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the daily operations of our service and platform-based business. They will work across departments to streamline processes, ensure quality control, and drive operational efficiency as the company scales. This role requires a hands-on, organized leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage both people and processes.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery standards are met
Monitor key operational KPIs and drive improvements
Manage vendor and staff scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics
Develop and implement SOPs and operational policies
Coordinate with technical, customer support, and field teams to resolve issues
Track costs, budgets, and operational performance
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations
Report directly to the CEO and support strategic decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, or related field
3+ years of experience in operations or service delivery management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable with software tools
Experience in a tech-enabled service business is a plus
Strong Multitasking Skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Must be based in Qatar
