Position OverviewJASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager (OM) to oversee and enhance our project execution processes. The OM provides operational leadership and support to the senior leadership team (SLT) based in Riyadh, KSA. The OM supports the VP Program Management to create an inclusive culture within the team that values diversity of thought.
Key responsibilities
Drive operational excellence, working on several high-profile infrastructure initiatives in KSA
Liaise closely with our key clients in the region, aiding and supporting to them, acting as a trusted Point of Contact (POC) within the Operations team at Jacobs
Shape and implement innovative strategies to ensure project success
Lead a diverse, talented team in a culturally rich environment
Collaborate with top-tier professionals and influential stakeholders across Jacobs, JASARA and our various project/program partners in KSA
Contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia’s ambitious vision
Orchestrate seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity
Craft and execute cutting-edge operational policies and procedures
Oversee internal resourcing for KSA, keeping up to date with capability and interest from Jacobs global resources who are open in working in the region
Manage strategic partnerships with sub-consultants and support our procurement team
Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with finance, human resources and talent acquisition
Ensure regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities for process enhancement
Support with financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Requirements
Proven track record of operational leadership in complex projects or major programs setting
Formally qualified in Operations, Finance or Human Resources
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
Adaptable professional thriving in dynamic, multicultural environment
