Operations Manager (F&B) – Flat White Specialty Coffee | Doha, Qatar
Flat White Specialty Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and elevate our multi-branch café operations in Doha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experience
- Drive sales performance, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership)
- Lead, coach, and develop outlet managers and teams
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations
- Optimize staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the central kitchen, supply chain, and support functions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B operations management (multi-unit experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of P&L, COGS, and operational KPIs
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- GCC experience is an advantage
