Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant

Reception & Front Office Management:
Serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
Manages appointments for the Chairman and schedules meetings.
Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintains a neat and organized reception area.
Assists in handling client concerns and providing information about the company’s services.
Real Estate Documentation & Support:
Prepares Form A (Seller’s Agreement), Form B (Buyer’s Agreement), and Form F (Memorandum of Understanding between Seller & Buyer).
Prepares Tenancy Contracts for leasing and MOU for property sales.
Obtains online advertising permits through the Trakheesi system.
Creates and manages property listing advertisements on the CRM platform.
Administrative Support:
Coordinates with other departments for day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manages office supplies inventory and places orders when necessary.
Organizes and maintains files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Assists in organizing events, meetings, and company activities.
Arranges courier services and handles incoming/outgoing mail.
Maintains company databases and updates client records.
Document & Records Management:
Maintains and tracks the validity of important company documents (trade licenses, permits, insurance, etc.).
Ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Other Duties:
Assists in onboarding new staff, coordinating office access, and providing orientation.
Supports marketing activities as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
