About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, operations-focused individual to join our team as a Supply Lead in the Experience team. This role is crucial in enhancing the experience and engagement of our Captains by ensuring the efficient execution of daily ground operations, with a focus on key experience KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues and will drive initiatives to foster a vibrant and motivated Captain community.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the best possible experience for our Captains and Customers through seamless and efficient ground operations.
The candidate should possess a proactive and analytical mindset, enabling swift identification and resolution of operational issues. Additionally, you will conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative initiatives to create a supportive, engaging, and loyal Captain community by understanding their needs, addressing challenges, and promoting active participation.
What You’ll Do
Drive Operational Excellence:
Monitor and act on key Captain experience KPIs to ensure smooth daily operations and service standards.
Lead Ground Operations:
Oversee on-ground logistics and Captain interactions, ensuring coordination and timely issue resolution.
Captain Engagement & Community Building:
Develop partnerships and organize engagement events to strengthen relationships, foster loyalty, and enhance satisfaction.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of experience in restaurant onboarding, partner success, or related fields such as food delivery, logistics, or marketplace environments.
Proven leadership experience across cross-functional teams and multiple geographies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
