Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our logistics company based in the UAE.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, as well as experience in providing exceptional customer service.
This role will involve assisting the owner in aligning meetings and scheduling, as well as handling client communication for new business inquiries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Assist the owner in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
3. Communicate with clients in English and Arabic to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
4. Handle incoming calls and emails from potential customers interested in our logistics services.
5. Respond promptly to customer complaints, ensuring a timely resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
8. Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
9. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist customers.
10. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics industry.
2. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal, is essential.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing customer information and inquiries.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is preferred

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
