Hygeia Cleaning Services UAE is looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our pest control and cleaning services company. The successful candidate will coordinate daily operations, manage service schedules, communicate with customers and field staff, and ensure the timely and efficient delivery of services.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and service schedules
- Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal teams
- Monitor service delivery and ensure operational standards are met
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Support the Operations team in resolving day-to-day challenges
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and health and safety requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, cleaners, and management.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Pest control or facilities-management experience is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and decision-making skills.
