Operation Executive – Outbound
Department: Operations / Warehouse / Logistics
Reports to: Operations Manager / Warehouse Manager
Job Summary
The Operation Executive – Outbound is responsible for managing all outbound warehouse and logistics activities within a JAFZA environment, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate dispatch of goods. This role requires hands-on experience in JAFZA regulations, documentation, and gate-pass processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all outbound dispatches from JAFZA warehouse as per delivery schedules
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA free zone regulations and procedures
- Prepare and verify JAFZA gate pass, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and export documents
- Coordinate with transporters, customs, and JAFZA gate authorities
- Oversee picking, packing, labeling, and loading of shipments
- Track dispatches and update internal teams and customers
- Ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (ERP/WMS)
- Handle urgent and priority shipments efficiently
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and delivery discrepancies
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance inside the JAFZA warehouse
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of outbound operations experience
- Preferred knowledge of JAFZA , free zone export procedures, and transport clearance
- Experience handling customs documentation and bonded shipments
- Hands-on experience with ERP / WMS systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
